Policies and Procedures
AlphaZelle, LLC stands behind its products 100%. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any AlphaZelle products (excluding trial sizes and travel kits), you may return that product to the Company within 30 days from the date of purchase for a credit (excluding shipping and handling) which you can use towards a future order. When returning a product, please call Customer Service at 973-288-171 to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
1) Original invoice
2) Detailed reason for your dissatisfaction; we need this information for CANI (Constant and Never ending Improvement).
3) Include RMA# along with returned merchandise to receive your credit.
Payment is required at the time you place your order. AlphaZelle accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Checks, and Money Orders.
Any returned check will incur a $50.00 fee. No exceptions. We reserve the right to not ship an order if previous order(s) have not been paid in full.
All US regular retail orders $49 or more will receive free shipping, please select "REGULAR RETAIL CUSTOMERS ONLY" under shipping method. All US Wholesale orders must select "WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS" under shipping method, free shipping DOES NOT APPLY to wholesale orders. If wholesale customers select the wrong shipping method, orders will not be shipped until shipping is paid.
Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment when possible. Holiday seasons may require additional time. All purchases shipped by USPS.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, we must be notified within 48 hours, please call Customer Service at 973-288-1971. As soon as we are notified, we will be happy to re-ship your product. It is also important that you keep the damaged box and all contents for inspection to prove your claim. UPS and Federal Express must have this in order to approve a damage claim.
We charge a 50% restocking fee for shipments refused, not accepted, not claimed or returned to us by the shipper (an unauthorized return). If you are expecting a package, please be available to accept it. If you refuse your package, we will call to make arrangements for re-shipment (additional shipping charges will apply). In the case that an agreement cannot be reached regarding your returned shipment, we may credit your payment back to your payment method or issue you a check less the 50% restocking fee, handling fee and shipping charges. We urge you to review and consider your order carefully before completing our order process. If you are unsure about your order, please call us for assistance.
