For allergies put 3 drops into the palm of your hand and rotate clockwise 3 times, then rub over your liver.

For sinuses put 3 drops into the palm of your hand and rotate clockwise 3 times, then rub over your liver, and then rub on forehead.

For cough and chest congestion, put 3 drops into the palm of your hand and rotate clockwise 3 times, then rub over your liver, then rub on throat and chest.
